Hi my name is Mike Shaffer. Thank you for your interest in Mass Recruiting. I developed this service in response to the issues I faced as a father trying to help my child receive the best education possible. The college recruiting process demands time and excessive amounts of money. To alleviate the costly demands of the recruiting process we will be working as a team, parent, student athlete, and myself. I will also be drawing on my background as an athlete, coach and parent to give your student athlete the best available educational option.

The focal point of this service will be an evaluation of the student-athlete.  I have coached and evaluated thousands of student athletes in the sports of Football, Lacrosse, and Basketball. An honest evaluation of your student athlete will best serve you in the recruiting process. With my contacts and your efforts we can approach colleges to recruit your child. Often times, student athletes are overlooked by colleges who are only seeking All American recognized athletes. As a team, our goal is to get your son or daughter recognized.

In the New England area there is a lack of qualified recruiters looking out for the best academic and athletic interest of your child. We specialize in recruiting Massachusett student athletes. Less than one percent of any college athlete makes it to the pros. At mass recruiting we recognize this, and consequently it is our goal to get your child an education through his or her academic and athletic ability. Our passion is to bring promising student athletes to a college that will best suit them in their future endeavors.
